We presented Marguerite with vinyl tiled flooring in five dental operatories which needed to be stripped, sealed and waxed, and it had been over one year since it had been done previously. We also posed the problem of the floors needing to blend into new vinyl tile flooring. She did it!! You would be hard pressed to tell the difference between the well-used five year old floor and the new floor. She was meticulous and worked around our office's needs. Further, she was a pleasure with whom to work.

I had a horrible mess.  I was moving to a home more suitable for my chronic health problem and needed help preparing my former home for rental.  I found Brand-Nu Janitorial Services in the Yellow Pages.  When I called I was pleasantly surprised that Marguerite answered the phone!  She came out the next day and together we decided the most cost effective way I could use her services.  The person who came to help me was cheerful, agreeable, and got right to work.  I am so pleased that in the scheduled time more was accomplished than I expected.

My total experience with Brand-Nu Janitorial Services can be summed up in one word, "WOW!"  One particular thing stands out; Marguerite personally answers the phone, shows up at the end of a job and makes sure the customer is satisfied.  This old-fashioned business/work ethic is too rare today.

I can't believe that it has been over 6 years that we in Health Information Management have been in this office space here at 306 Belmont Street and you and your team have been wonderful in keeping it clean.  Unlike most offices, we are open 24/7/365 and you have been able to accommodate us all these years.  You have been very flexible with special requests and our periodic "BIG" cleaning projects.  In addition to cleaning, you provide the cleaning supplies and paper products and we have never run out, ever.  On the rare occasion that something was overlooked or not quite up to your usual standard, you very promptly remedied the situation.  I just want to say thank you for taking such good care of us all these years.

They have provided outstanding service since we moved into our office space at 306 Belmont St. in 2003. We have additional security requirements in our department which require special attention by the cleaning crew. These requirements are taken seriously and adhered to by Brand-Nu-Janitorial. When I occasionally work late, I have often seen Marguerite on site. I also serve as the Chairman of the building committee and we meet monthly to discuss all issues within the building and grounds.
